Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced site supervisor for BTO building works. The role involves overseeing construction activities, ensuring safe methods are maintained, and managing a supervision team. Candidates must be BCA-registered and have at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in HDB projects. Strong documentation and leadership skills are essential. Competitive salary expected.

Qualifications

• BCA-registered or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supervising construction works is mandatory.
• Experience with HDB BTO projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building works as per the Building Control Act.
• Ensure safe construction methods are upheld.
• Coordinate defect investigations and rectifications.
• Maintain site documentation accurately.
• Perform Lead RTO role effectively.
• Manage supervision team and oversee audits.

• Ensure that proper processes and safe methods of construction are maintained by the main contractor
• Co‑ordinate and supervise the defects’ investigation and rectification Works
• Organize and maintain proper site documentation and records
• Able to perform Lead RTO role
• Lead, manage and audit Supervision team
• State expected salary

Requirements:

• BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS
• Min 7 years’ experience in the supervision of C&S/Architectural/M&E works preferably in HDB BTO projects
