Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a supervisor to oversee BTO building works and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in supervision, particularly in HDB BTO projects, and hold relevant certifications. Responsibilities include managing site documentation, leading a supervision team, and coordinating defect investigations.

Qualifications

• Min 7 years’ experience in supervision of C&S/Architectural/M&E works, preferably in HDB BTO projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTO building works as per the Building Control Act.
• Ensure proper construction processes by the main contractor.
• Coordinate and supervise defects’ investigation and rectification works.
• Maintain proper site documentation and records.
• Manage and audit the supervision team.

• Ensure that proper processes and safe methods of construction are maintained by the main contractor
• Co-ordinate and supervise the defects’ investigation and rectification Works
• Organize and maintain proper site documentation and records
• Able to perform Lead RTO role
• Lead, manage and audit Supervision team
• State expected salary
