Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an organised and service-oriented Reservation & Operation Officer to join our inbound travel team. In this role, you will manage reservations for hotels, tours, transfers, and activities, and ensure smooth travel experiences for our overseas clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all types of bookings for tours, hotels, and transport.
  • Ensure data accuracy through quality control checks and precise data entry.
  • Handle and resolve urgent, on-the-ground traveler issues, including after-hours.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior reservation staff.
  • Ensure all emails / enquiries / requests are cleared on-day and no back log should be carry forward at any time
  • To assist and ensure all product (hotels / activities) are loaded into system prior to products release.
  • Manage and update product details and prepare reports.
  • Provide timely administrative support and handle other assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in inbound travel, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency with reservation software and computer systems.
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays.
  • Tourism background is preferred.
