RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Centre on Security, Mobile Applications and Cryptography (SMC).
• Design, modification, and implementation of a side-channel monitoring Android applications.
• Experimenting the resulting app on real handsets of different manufacturers and models.
• Evaluating the security capability and performance of the system.
• Collaborating with other team members and managing project progress.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines from a reputable institution.
• Project experience in Android security is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Advanced level of programming and software implementation, especially in C/C++ and Java.
• Good understanding of Android architecture and Android executables.
• Good analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and willing to work in a term.
