Job summary

Peak Energy seeks an Associate/Senior Associate to support identification, evaluation, development and execution of utility-scale renewable energy investments across Southeast Asia. You will work with development, engineering, finance, legal and external stakeholders to grow Peak Energy's regional platform.

The role offers broad exposure across the investment lifecycle, including greenfield opportunities, acquisitions, and project financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Relevant experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance, investment banking, corporate development, consulting or related area.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Financial modelling experience related to infrastructure, power or renewable energy is highly desirable.
• Financial due diligence experience related to renewable energy or infrastructure investments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for renewable energy and infrastructure investments.
• Perform valuation, scenario, sensitivity and risk analyses to support investment decisions.
• Assess project economics, commercial assumptions and potential returns across development and acquisition opportunities.
• Support preparation of investment recommendations and internal approval materials.
• Support greenfield development opportunities and market/regulatory research across Southeast Asia.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors during due diligence and financing activities.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for management and investment discussions.
