A global renewable energy developer is seeking a legal expert to lead the management of EPC agreements for solar and wind projects in Singapore. This role requires a law degree, strong experience in project contracting, and familiarity with FIDIC frameworks. The ideal candidate will manage risks, oversee contract governance, and ensure compliance across international projects. Expats willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Law degree with valid legal qualification or bar admission in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Around 8 to 10 years of experience in construction, infrastructure or energy project contracting.
• Experience managing EPC or turnkey engineering contracts from the owner or investor side.

Responsabilités

• Lead legal and contractual management of EPC agreements across the full lifecycle.
• Work closely with technical advisors and ensure alignment with EPC contractual obligations.
• Establish and maintain contract governance and compliance processes for international projects.
