Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and troubleshoot machinery deficiencies.
• Monitor implementation of Preventive Maintenance program for high plant availability.
• Monitor Condition Monitoring program and propose recommendations for predictive maintenance.
• Establish initiatives to maximise plant availability and equipment reliability.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Located on Jurong Island, the petrochemical hub of Singapore, SRC operates a refinery that is capable of processing 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks that are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets under the brand labels of its shareholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate and analyse incidents pertaining to rotating equipment failure or malfunction in order to identify root causes of problems and recommend & implement solutions.
• Identify, analyse and troubleshoot machinery deficiencies and make recommendation for improvement.
• Monitor and review implementation of Preventive Maintenance program to achieve high plant availability.
• Monitor Condition Monitoring program, analyse and propose recommendations for predictive maintenance.
• Establish programs and initiatives to maximise plant availability and equipment reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
