Working Hours: 5 days, 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Recruit, retain, source, identify and conduct screening of potential candidates using a variety of job posting platforms while also re‑activating candidates’ database.
  • Managing and negotiating the offer between client and candidates.
  • Engaging talent on their career and developmental needs.
  • Understanding business needs and drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Account Management
  • Maintain vital relationships with your existing clients and candidates.
  • Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers.
  • Provide professional consultation and understand clients' requirements.
  • Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and build key clients under your care.
  • Achieve KPI and business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree.
  • Candidate with CEI License preferred.
  • At least 2 years of recruitment consultant / talent acquisition / sales support / business development experience.
  • Must be driven and motivated.
  • Candidates with more years of experience can be considered senior level.
  • Comfortable with fast paced working environment.
  • Self‑driven and possesses strong self‑discipline.
