What You’ll Do

• Drive new business development and acquire new clients with hiring needs
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of job orders and recruitment opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
• Deliver consistent results against individual and team sales targets
• Cultivate long-term client relationships based on trust, delivery, and professionalism
• Work collaboratively while maintaining a strong sense of individual ownership and discipline

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on business development
• CEI-certified and Degree holder preferred
• Familiarity with Singapore’s employment landscape and recruitment trends
• Able to work from our Singapore office (non-remote role)
