Responsibilities
  • Doing the 360-degree practice of recruitment, including attracting clients and candidates.
  • Developing relationships, managing active communication with clients.
  • Pre-screening candidate's CV, assessing candidate's potential for interview, and preparing to forward the candidate's profile to clients.
  • Managing the end-to-end process from coordinating with the client to the candidate’s start date.
  • Developing and maintaining relations with HR teams and recruitment channel partners.
  • Always keeping in contact with clients to obtain feedback on candidates.
Requirements
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Passionate in a sales-driven / target-driven working environment with a willingness to learn new and different things from time to time.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a recruitment consultancy role.
