- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop relationships with clients and candidates.
- Pre-screen candidate CVs and assess potential.

Responsibilities
- Doing the 360-degree practice of recruitment, including attracting clients and candidates.
- Developing relationships, managing active communication with clients.
- Pre-screening candidate's CV, assessing candidate's potential for interview, and preparing to forward the candidate's profile to clients.
- Managing the end-to-end process from coordinating with the client to the candidate’s start date.
- Developing and maintaining relations with HR teams and recruitment channel partners.
- Always keeping in contact with clients to obtain feedback on candidates.
Requirements
- Great negotiation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Passionate in a sales-driven / target-driven working environment with a willingness to learn new and different things from time to time.
