Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in executive search across engineering, renewable energy, and related industries. You will manage client accounts, source senior-level talent, and deliver results with accountability and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients in technical and corporate industries
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels
  • Present candidate profiles and advise clients on hiring decisions
  • Oversee interview processes and negotiate offers with clients and candidates
  • Track KPIs and deliver consistent results with a focus on quality placements
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment or client-facing sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence decision-makers
  • Accountable, hungry to achieve, and delivery-oriented
  • Background in engineering, renewable energy, or technical industries preferred
  • Proven track record of placements or business development an advantage
