We are looking for an Senior Recruitment Consultant to join CREW, specialising in high-volume staffing and project delivery. You will manage client accounts, lead recruitment campaigns, and deliver large-scale hiring outcomes. This role is suited for consultants with prior recruitment or sales experience who are accountable, ambitious, and driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume staffing projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Source, screen, and place candidates across multiple roles and industries
  • Lead and support mass recruitment drives and hiring events
  • Mentor junior consultants and interns in sourcing and project delivery
  • Deliver consistently against KPIs and client expectations
