As a Senior Recruiter and HR Partner (APAC), you’ll play a key role in our client’s success by delivering end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR-related activities across the region. This hybrid role combines talent acquisition expertise with HR partnership, giving you the opportunity to influence hiring strategies and employee lifecycle processes.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to build proactive relationships, consult on recruitment plans, and ensure seamless onboarding. Beyond live hiring, you’ll contribute to strategic workforce planning, talent pipelining, and organisational change initiatives.

What you will do:
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across APAC, from sourcing to offer management, ensuring compliance with SLAs and client requirements.
  • Partner with HR, Compensation, and business leaders to define hiring strategies, DEI goals, timelines, and onboarding plans.
  • Build talent pipelines and share market insights to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, mobility, performance management, employee relations, and organisational change initiatives.
  • Manage employment documentation, internal communications, and HR queries, ensuring compliance and alignment across regions.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in recruitment within RPO or in-house banking environments, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • 5–10 years’ track record in partnering with HRBPs and Compensation teams to deliver complex offers.
  • Solid experience recruiting front office, support, and corporate function roles in banking.
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail.
  • Expertise in multiple sourcing channels (web sourcing, networking, advertising, database searching).
  • Skilled in influencing candidates and stakeholders, driving innovation, and staying current with market trends.
  • Client-focused, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Confident communicator with a persuasive and credible style.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving setting.
