Location: Paya Lebar (East)

Working hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Duties:

• Responsible for full cycle of recruitment activities
• Involved in Temp / Contract / Perm hirings across various sectors
• Posting of job advertisements at numerous platforms
• Business Development & Account Management
• Conduct interviews with candidates via virtual/face-to-face
• Follow up with stakeholders for feedbacks & outcomes
• Leadership opportunities to mentor team members in under 6 months
• Ad hoc duties as per assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
• At least 2 - 3 years of recruitment experience in any industries
• Highly sales driven and team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
