The Senior Recruiter plays a key function in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers in developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. This role will deliver end to end recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service level.

You understand the corporate and investment banking talent pool across front to back office very well. Your knowledge of capital markets, project advisory, and trade finance provides you with the capabilities to navigate the complexities in a global banking environment.

What you will do:
  • Take full ownership to end to end recruitment service, executing from sourcing to offer management in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
  • Building proactive relationships with multiple key internal stakeholders eg, HRBP, Compensation team, Heads of HR
  • Lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers– this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, agreed timeframes, salary proposal and onboarding responsibilities
  • Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately
  • Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand.
Skills and Experience
  • You are an experienced recruiter within RPO or in-house banking, with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • 5 to 10 years recruitment proven track record of working closely with HRBPs, colleagues from compensation and benefits in proposing and extending simple to complex offers to banking candidates
  • Solid prior experience in recruiting Front Office roles, support roles, corporate function roles from the banking sector is highly essential
  • You strive in managing high volume, fast paced, structured environment with good attention to detail
  • Expertise in multiple candidate sourcing channels (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising, database searching)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence candidates, hiring decisions makers and stakeholders, with ability to drive innovation and keep up to date with market trends related to recruitment
  • You are client focused, proactive and a team player
  • Confident communicator, with a persuasive and credible personal style
  • Experience working in an agile fast-moving setting is what you enjoy
