• At least 5 years of management accounting or fund accounting experience in the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of multi-currency legal entities and consolidation.
• Comfortable communicating with Senior Management.

• Deliver timely quality service and respond to client queries within 24 hours.
• Ensure adherence to procedures to minimize risk.
