Qualifications

• Senior React Engineer with strong TS type system.
• Proven track record delivering micro-frontend platforms.
• Experience guiding multiple teams and setting engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional delivery and technical direction for a large-scale micro-frontend platform.
• Design, develop, and optimise frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Establish and drive frontend engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across multiple teams.
• Design and maintain shared SDKs, libraries, and platform contracts consumed by downstream applications.
• Define technical specifications and guidelines adopted across regional teams.
• Balance shared core functionality with region-specific requirements through architecture and configuration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across regions to ensure consistent technical quality and delivery.
• Identify and address frontend performance, scalability, maintainability, and developer-experience challenges.
• Work within enterprise CI/CD, security, compliance, and architectural constraints while maintaining high engineering standards.
