Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a skilled diagnostic radiographer responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and care. Candidates must hold a recognised qualification in diagnostic radiography and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in Ultrasound, Mammography, and other imaging modalities is a plus. This role involves assisting in various clinical settings and participating in shift duties.

Qualifications

  • Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Experience in Ultrasound, Mammography, Angiography, MRI and/or CT is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Produce optimal diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and care.
  • Ensure correct patient and area of interest is being imaged.
  • Assist clinicians in fluoroscopic exams and surgeries.
  • Prepare equipment and supplies before procedures.
  • Participate in shift, on call, and rotation duties.
  • Participate in shift and on-call duties.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Produce optimal diagnostic images with due regard to radiation safety, patient care, modesty, safety and clinical needs.
  • Ensure the correct patient and area of interest is being images accordingly.
  • Assist the Radiologist, clinicians and surgeons in fluoroscopic examination, angiography room and operation room etc.
  • Ensure Equipment and supplies are prepared prior to procedure.
  • Adhere to infection control guidelines
  • Participate in shift, on call and rotation duties at Raffles Hospital or satellite radiology clinics according to roster.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must registered with the Allied Health Professions Council
  • A recognised Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Candidate with the experience of Ultrasound, Mammography, Angiography, MRI and/or CT will be an advantage
