Qualifications

- At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Key accountabilities
- Provide imaging services to patients according to set protocols and standards.
- Supervisory and mentorship to radiographers / sonographers.
- Deputises the Senior Principal Radiographer, where applicable.
- Responsible for quality control programs and ensure consistent maintenance of equipment and accessories.
- Assist in the training and continuing education of staff.
- Provides imaging services to patients as requested by referring physicians or as allowed by statutory regulations and according to acceptable and standards.
- Perform all duties of radiographer.
- Coordinates with staff from other sections to ensure continuity of good patient service care.
- To ensure compliance of radiology safety policy.
- Work closely with Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) administrator to ensure studies are sent and stored in the PACS correctly without errors.
- Other assignments as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Radiography / Medical technology or equivalent.
- Up to date knowledge in Radiology field.
- Registered under the Allied Health Professions Council.
- At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
