Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in public and private sector projects. They are looking for a Senior QS / QS to take charge of tender on industrial building / residential building projects. This is a 5 days work week role.

Job Description

• Taking care of primary costs and contracts of construction projects, estimating, and planning cost

• Monitor, track change orders, sub-contractors drawing list and materials delivery, quantity take off and measurement

• Pre-tender administration and documentation, valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations

• Ensure delivering a successful project within budget, cost and the stipulated time frame.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field

• Possesses tender experience with building

• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills

• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
