Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Chartered status with RICS preferred.
• Experience with DP and Credit Bureau ratings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates.
• Manage tender processes and evaluate bids.
• Draft and administer contracts.
• Assess progress claims and issue payments.
• Identify cost risks and optimize value.
• Provide regular financial reports.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with teams.
