A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage tender activities, prepare Bills of Quantities, and oversee contract claims. Responsibilities
  • Competent in preparing Bills of Quantities.
  • Competent in reading and understanding drawings and performing measurements.
  • Competent in understanding tender/contract/document/specifications/terms of contract.
  • Competent in analysing quotations/prices/rates, build‑up rates and performing pricing.
  • Competent in performing all tender activities necessary for the procurement of new projects.
  • Oversee the submission of Main Contract progress claims, variation claims, and EOT claims.
  • Preparation and negotiation of subcontract agreements and final accounts.
  • Resolve contractual disputes with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and clients on contractual and financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, contract forms, and company policies.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry in Singapore.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
