A global engineering company based in Singapore is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee project claims, variations, and subcontract management. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 6 years' experience with large-scale projects in Singapore, and strong skills in project management and negotiation. This role is key to maintaining project budgets and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, contributing to successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.

A member of BEUMER Group, located in Singapore BEUMER Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is strategically located at the Singapore Changi International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world. We have more than 200 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) in BEUMER Group is appointed to support the various airports and logistics projects undertaken by BG in terms of performing the typical QS functions expected on a project. The SQS will primarily be responsible for tracking, monitoring and administering changes, claims and payment processes under the project. The SQS will also be involved with management of the subcontractors/suppliers from the QS/contractual perspective as well as attending to all matters related to insurances and bonds. Where required, the SQS will also work with the Project Controller and Project Manager in monitoring and controlling the project budget.
The SQS will report to the Contracts Manager and work in close coordination with the Project Manager, Project Controller and all other relevant personnel on the respective projects.
