About the role

Right Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Singapore. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in the delivery of our construction projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project cost control and commercial management, ensuring the financial success of our developments.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents.
2. Monitoring and controlling project budgets and expenditures.
3. Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.
4. Providing expert cost and commercial advice to project managers and other stakeholders.
5. Identifying and mitigating commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Preparing monthly financial reports and project valuations.
7. Supporting the delivery of complex, high-profile construction projects.

What we're looking for

1. Chartered Quantity Surveyor (Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field) with 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
2. Proven track record in managing the commercial aspects of major construction projects.
3. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical information.
4. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
5. Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and MS Office suite.
6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
