Job summary

A construction service company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage project budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with project requirements. The ideal applicant should have a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, along with skills in AutoCad. Previous experience in façade projects is an advantage. The position is based in Gul Circle with a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure to achieve Company’s targeted yearly turnover.
• Ensure timely kick-off and proper handing-over of newly secured projects.
• Participate in project budget reviews and provide advice when required.
• Liaise with relevant parties to ensure all project disputes/clarifications are settled.
• Attend site meetings, liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all contractual requirements of all projects are fully complied with.
• Prepare tender documents and quantities, provide cost estimates, evaluate tender proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions for new and existing contracts.
• Involve in project budgeting, cash flow control, processing of claims, contract payments.
• Maintain proper documentation.

• Ensuring all contractual requirements of all projects are fully complied with and responding to all contractual matters involving cost and time implications.
• Preparing tender documents and quantities, providing cost estimates, evaluating tender proposals, conducting project feasibility studies and managing cost information for all projects Assist on any contractual issues with client, subcontractor and consultants.
• Negotiate commercial terms conditions for new and existing contracts
• Involve project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation
• Previous experience with façade would be advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Gul Circle. 5.5workweek.
