Job summary

HP in Singapore seeks a Senior LF & AM Quality Manager to provide executive leadership for quality assessment and improvement across products, systems, and services. You will oversee multiple projects, manage resources and budgets, and escalate issues to senior management as needed.

Role requires coordinating with program managers, marketing, supply chain, and technical leaders to align quality roadmaps with corporate objectives, while driving data-driven decisions to enhance product and process

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related discipline.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience in TQM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for multiple subordinate managers and individual contributors in designing quality assessment and improvement solutions.
• Leads a team to implement comprehensive quality assurance programs achieving product and process excellence.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs across projects ensuring budgets and roadmaps are met.
• Engages with program managers and executives to communicate status and influence decisions.
• Analyzes business challenges and provides data-driven recommendations to improve quality.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers including setting expectations.
• Defines supplier quality roadmaps aligned with corporate goals.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Performs talent management including hiring, performance plans, coaching and development.
