Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Manager to lead all quality assurance and control functions across project execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and a proactive approach to ensure full compliance with project specifications, international standards, and company quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee all QA/QC activities across assigned projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison with client and owner quality representatives on all quality-related issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality plans, ITPs, and procedures.
• Identify and close gaps in the quality management system (QMS) through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support procurement and contracts teams in assessing and approving supplier and subcontractor quality systems.
• Manage and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CARs) to ensure timely resolution.
• Plan and execute quality audits and surveillance visits at project sites, vendor facilities, and subcontractor locations.
• Conduct and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions to drive process improvements.
• Mentor and guide QA/QC personnel to strengthen overall team capability and compliance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or large infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or lead QA/QC position, overseeing multi-discipline teams.
• Proven experience establishing and implementing QA/QC systems and procedures for large-scale EPC or EPIC projects.
• QMS Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) is essential.
• Sound understanding of international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple interfaces and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
