• Lead quality assurance operations at the Central Kitchen to maintain food safety and consistency.
• Ensure all products meet company benchmarks and comply with industry regulations.
• Develop and refine food quality and safety policies to align with best practices.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to uphold QA standards.
• Enhance existing quality control frameworks for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve customer feedback and quality concerns effectively.
• Validate that all production processes comply with QA standards and SOPs.
• Oversee the implementation of HACCP, NEA, and other food safety regulations.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
• Support product innovation, R&D, and process optimization activities.
• Work closely with the Chief QA Officer/Manager on assigned projects and initiatives.
