Job summary

SCIEX in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer, QARA (QMS) to lead and maintain our Quality Management System and regulatory compliance on site. You will manage document control, training, eQMS, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or QA with at least 3 years in manufacturing, strong QMS knowledge, and proficiency in Power BI and eQMS. Travel may be minimal; on-site role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, QA or related field; minimum 3 years in manufacturing.
• Experience with QMS audits, audit readiness and follow-up activities.
• Experience with eQMS, document control and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/13485 and QMSR.
• Manage QMS document control, training and eQMS administration.
• Lead internal and external audits, plan and coordinate audit actions and remediation.
• Support CAPA, investigations, and cross-functional process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement.
