Job summary

No Deviation Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior QC Qualification Engineer to own the qualification lifecycle of laboratory analytical computerized systems from validation through decommissioning.

You will draft and execute validation documents, manage change controls, and coordinate with F&E, QA, QC and IT across the organization. The role requires strong knowledge of validated systems, GMP/GDP, data integrity, and familiarity with KNEAT or other electronic validation tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical operations.
• Strong understanding of validation approaches and philosophies.
• Knowledge of lab instruments and computerized system validation.
• Experience with change control methodology.
• Data integrity, GMP and GDP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the qualification lifecycle of laboratory analytical computerized systems from validation to decommissioning.
• Draft and execute validation documents (Validation Plans, IOQ/PQ scripts, summary reports, data integrity risk assessments).
• Prepare operation and maintenance SOPs and support preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders across F&E, QA, QC and IT.
• Draft decommissioning plans and related summary reports.
