Responsibilities

• Validate 8D reports and ensure flawless quality assurance.
• Drive root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Perform audits to guarantee adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Review changes through the Global Change Process.
• Develop dashboards for quality metrics.
