The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in public relations for LTA projects and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include conflict resolution, communication material production, and managing outreach activities. The role offers a salary up to $4,500 per month plus variable benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Public Relation Officer for LTA Projects.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to handle conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve conflicts, enquiries, and complaints from stakeholders.
• Maintain good support and relations among organizations and the public.
• Plan and launch public relations programmes.
• Produce all communication materials related to public relations efforts.
• Record all public relation cases and correspondences.
• Initiate public relations engagement and outreach activities.
• Interface with stakeholders on visual designs for project hoardings.
• Serve as secretary to meetings and submit minutes.
• Support administrative works.
• Manage the 24-hour Project Hotline.
• Build relationships with Changi Airport Group.
