A leading commercial real estate firm in Singapore is seeking a Head of Projects to manage project delivery teams and ensure compliance while generating a sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction or facilities management sectors, strong leadership skills, and a history of managing P&L responsibilities. Qualifications

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience of running a P&L.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to ensure the safe delivery of projects.
• Recruit and retain talent for project delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
