The Senior Executive, Project Management, will be a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end project coordination and administrative excellence of our advanced technology projects. This individual will ensure seamless operations by managing the project lifecycle, from initial partner engagements (NDAs) through procurement and financial tracking (PR/PO) to successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses a strong understanding of telecom/IT project dynamics, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a project coordination, project management, or project support role, preferably within the telecom, IT, or technology services industry.
• Hands-on experience with procurement processes, including creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) and managing Purchase Orders (PO).
• Familiarity with contract and NDA processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet) and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Highly Desirable:
• Fundamental understanding of Telecom or IT ecosystem.
• Professional certification such as CAPM (Certified associate in project management) or PMP (Project Management Professional) in progress.
• Experience working with legal and finance teams on contractual and budgetary matters.
