Job description

This role is central to driving high-impact, large-scale projects that directly support the company’s long-term strategic goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, planning, executing, and closing complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization and delivering measurable business value.

The holder of this position needs to be strong in communication and delivering performance, with overall sourcing and retail business knowledge would be beneficial.

What you'll do

Project Leadership & Execution: Lead and manage project lifecycle for strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards and objectives.

  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with executive leadership and department heads to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that are clearly aligned with organizational strategy and priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and changes effectively to all parties, including executive steering committees.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, challenges, and dependencies. Develop and implement comprehensive mitigation and contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Process Optimization: Implement and govern best practices in project management (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), tailoring methodologies to fit project needs and continuously seeking ways to improve internal execution processes.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or business administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in project management and Cross functional work, more experienced candidate will be considered as Senior.
  • In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
  • Experience implementing large-scale organizational change management initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills to influencing positive changes and driving project result.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical or strategic concepts into clear, concise updates for executive audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and standard business software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
  • Complex Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to work through barriers and or ineffective ways of working that prevent on time shipments.
  • Critical Thinking: Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems.
  • Passionate, self-motivated individual who collaborates well with others.
