Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on-site.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or issues.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices in construction management.
Requirements:
