Role Overview
Lead end-to-end project delivery for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system operations and maintenance, cloud telephony, and marketing technology implementations within an integrated customer service ecosystem. Manage complex stakeholder and vendor coordination across multiple systems components including frontend support portals, appointment booking systems, and live chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product maintenance and support operations for Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Technology, and cloud telephony systems
- Coordinate integration activities between Salesforce suite, bespoke AI components, and third-party platforms
- Manage stakeholder expectations and vendor relationships across multiple workstreams
- Oversee product operations including release planning, change management, and system evolution roadmap
- Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation to build internal capabilities for long-term sustainability
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and license procurement activities over the 2-year engagement period
- Establish documentation standards and build internal project management capabilities
- Define and track KPIs for system performance, user adoption, and business value delivery
- Lead organisational change initiatives as the organisation transitions from external contact centre to internal cloud telephony capability
- Ensure compliance with government procurement, security, and data protection requirements
Essential Competency Requirements
- Project/Product Support and Maintenance: Minimum 8 years of experience in this aspect
- Salesforce Implementation: Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, customisation, and integration
- Government Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore Government or public sector projects
- Central Access Management (CAM) Implementation: Proven track record in managing access control within the government environment and implementation of CAM integration
- Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) Implementation: Experience with GCC environment implementations and compliance requirements
- Risk Assessment: Strong capability in project risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
- Web Penetration Testing (WPT): Knowledge of web application security testing methodologies and vulnerability management
- Cloudscape Vulnerability Rectification: Experience in identifying and remediating cloud infrastructure vulnerabilities
- AWS Connect Implementation: Knowledge of Amazon Connect implementation and contact centre solution deployment
Additional Requirements
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Experience with cloud telephony systems or working within contact centre operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance frameworks
