Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management.
• Hands-on experience or solid understanding of Oracle Tuxedo.
• Ability to manage distributed technical teams.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture.
• Solid technical background with experience in C/C++.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Experience in banking/financial domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Tuxedo-based application initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate internal teams and external vendor resources.
• Ensure project timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
• Prepare executive-level reports and present updates to senior management.
• Drive requirement discussions, solution planning, technical reviews, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with bank standards, governance, and security policies.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
