Job description

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.

Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.

Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in project management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or accreditation as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by the Singapore Project Management Institute (SPM).
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in PUB projects, water, wastewater projects are advantageous.
• Experience with industrial or treatment plant projects in Singapore.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
