Mission
- To deliver solutions and services proposed through working closely with internal Teams, manufacturers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with internal team members including AV Designers, Drafters, Engineers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers.
- Liaise effectively with external parties such as Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and interpret schematic designs and construction drawings to develop accurate and detailed AV construction drawings.
- Plan, manage, and schedule project resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and Bills of Materials (BOM), including the tracking of change orders.
- Develop and oversee detailed project timelines and resource plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Supervise the installation and integration of AV systems on-site, ensuring full compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, manage expectations, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are aligned with safety protocols, technical specifications, and company quality standards
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering/ Audio Visual/ any relevant education
- At least 5 years of Project Manager experiene delivering AV solutions in construction or A&A environment.
