Job summary

A leading electrical engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute various projects. The role demands 3-8 years of project management experience and involves hands-on electrical assembly and installation. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be self-motivated. Fresh graduates are also welcomed as on-job training will be provided. This position ensures adherence to quality standards and successful project delivery across all phases.

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of project management experience in industrial engineering, especially in electrical engineering.
  • Hands-on experience of electrical SWBD and control system assembly & installation preferred.
  • Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and procedures.

  • Lead, coordinate, and execute projects ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Conduct weekly project progress meetings and update project completion status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure project success.

Job Description :

  • Lead, coordinate & execute projects. Ensure all projects complete and deliver on scope, on schedule on cost & on quality.
  • In-charge, coordinate & execute projects till successful handover to customer by monitor& control project cost & budget, document & drawings, deliveryschedule, production planning, material requisition, etc.
  • Coordinate with specialist & team members to provide solution on customer feedbacks & comments. And support technical matters of products manufacturing in factory, and systems testing on site.
  • Coach engineers on project management skills & monitor engineers learning progress & performance.
  • Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
  • Conduct & update weekly projects progress meeting & update project completion status, review & monitor project forecast plan and submitreports to internal management.
  • Coordinate with internal team (financial, sales, production, logistics, QC, service) and customers to make projects successful.
  • Establish, update & backup project documentation, reports & procedures (SOP, WI, Lesson Learned,etc.)
  • Co-ordinate with principals and customers to support Engineers on technical matters of products manufacturing in factory, and systems installation on site.
  • Any other duties when assigned by management.
  • Ensure all safety measures and proper housekeeping rules are implement.
EXPERIENCE
  • - 3-8 years’ project management experience inindustrial engineering, especially in electrical engineering. Fresh graduate also welcome, on-job-training will provide.
  • Prefer have hands-onexperience of electrical SWBD and control system assembly & installation.
  • Familiar with local codes, regulations andprocedures.
  • Good communication and people relation skills.
  • Leadership, ownership, team player, self-motivated.
  • Attention to details and eager to learn new technology.
  • IT skills (MS Office). Known & used AutoCAD.
