As a Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to the successful delivery of customer onboarding and solution implementation services for both our SaaS and on‑premises clients. Working with the Professional Services technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you are responsible for the successful management and execution of multiple concurrent customer projects, while providing timely project reporting on status and budget. Furthermore, you will effectively manage product dependencies by working in collaboration with the Product & Engineering team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage delivery of services (customer onboarding and solution implementations) by the Professional Services team.
  • Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, working with a team of Financial Engineers, Quantitative Analysts and Solution Architects/Developers, to deliver client requirements on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution.
  • Present recommendations for effective consensus decision making, taking into consideration risk analysis and impact assessment for project milestones.
  • Create and manage project resources and cost estimates, and monitor actual project expenditures against project estimates and budgets.
  • Provide accurate and timely budget reporting and work in collaboration with PMO for supporting month‑end invoicing.
  • Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships.
  • Communicate effectively to senior executive team with key project reporting including status and risk management.
  • Be the liaison between Numerix and our customers for business, technical, and other project team meetings.
  • Partner closely with Customer Support for handover of client solutions to ensure a smooth transition to business operations team.
Measures of Success:
  • Projects delivered within schedule and budget as outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • Onboarding efficiency (project scope) tracked against success criteria set out in Solution Design and change control to effectively manage scope changes.
  • Operational efficiency in PMO by tracking and approving time in NetSuite diligently.
  • Customer NPS in context of success criteria set for specific opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor team members and syndicate knowledge and lessons learned across project management team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 5 to 7 years of Project Management and/or Product Management in Capital Markets.
  • Strong demonstration, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life‑Cycle (SDLC) and best practices of the same (preferably Agile) and development tools like JIRA.
  • Experience with trading and/or risk platforms implementations.
  • Experience with cloud‑based native services and SaaS offerings.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • PMP Certification Preferred.
  • Graduated with an advanced degree (Masters) in a technical or business discipline.
  • Worked as a consultant and/or other professional/client services teams on software implementation projects or some experience in product management.
Where You’ll Work:

This is a hybrid role that includes work from home and 3 days in the Singapore Office.
