Your Role

As project manager, you coordinate mixed-signal projects from the initial idea until their successful implementation in the areas mixed-signal IP modules (On-Chip Sensors, Power Management, Clocking Systems and Integration of various Analogue & Digital IP modules). You are responsible for the information flow towards management and between cross-functional partners and ensure that correct decisions are made.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Be responsible forproject management of mixed-Signal IP modulesfor our internal customers
• Manage a diverse project teamand take ownership toprovide mixed-Signal IP modulesin time, at cost, with defined functionality and in committed quality
• Align requirements(functionality, quality, schedule, budget, others)with customer stakeholder
• Be in charge of project planning(resources, schedule, technical deliverables), tracking (schedule, cost) and reporting
• Handle escalation managementand customer stakeholder management
• Take care of a close cooperationand interaction with all parties

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
• More than 5 years of work experience
• Project manager: at least more than 2 years of experience in project management (ideally within the semiconductor industry)
• Know-how and interest in Project Methodology Development and strong technical background in electronics
• An ambitious attitude and be able to manage risks in a challenging environment
• The willingness to strive for excellence: think in solutions, improve continuously, execute efficiently
• Fluent English communication and presentation skills

It is an advantage if you have:

• A certification in project management (e.g. IPMA, PMI)
• Exposure toautomotive standards (ISO26262)
• Experience with complex mixed signal development flow
