• Coordinate and support project works, from planning to completion.
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve excellence in execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors — earning their trust through professionalism and results.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to keep things on track.
• Conduct site inspections — ensuring safety, quality, and that perfect finishing touch.
• Prepare project documents, reports, and the occasional RFI/change order.

• Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in landscape or construction project management.
• Solid knowledge of landscaping methods, horticulture, and site management.

• Strong communicator who knows how to win clients’ trust.
• Risk-aware mindset — able to spot issues before they grow and take action to keep projects smooth.
• Bonus points if you have a Class 3 manual driving licence (makes zipping to sites a whole lot easier).
