Overview

Job Purpose:

The Senior Project Executive oversees and coordinates construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The role involves supervising project executives, liaising with stakeholders, managing schedules, and supporting the Project Manager in higher-level planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor work progress, site conditions, and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead site inspections, quality control, and safety compliance efforts.
  • Manage procurement schedules, verify material deliveries, and oversee equipment allocation.
  • Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and update project schedules.
  • Assist in cost control and variation order management.
  • Guide and mentor junior project staff and provide on-site leadership.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Building, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of construction project experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
