Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our team at XJ Elevator Private Limited in Singapore's. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for leading the planning, execution and delivery of complex elevator and escalator installation projects.

What you'll be doing

Develop and oversee project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.

Manage a team of site supervisors and subcontractors to coordinate all aspects of project delivery.

Collaborate with clients, architects, main contractors and other stakeholders to understand requirements and address any issues or changes.

Ensure project activities adhere to all relevant safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track.

Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for management and clients.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the project team.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the elevator/escalator industry.

Minimal diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Project Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end delivery of lift installation projects.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed plans, budgets and schedules.

Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, installation processes and safety standards.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
