• Maintain relationship with existing customers and grow business.
• Act as communication channel for customer issues and project updates.
• Manage customer satisfaction and related reviews.
• Authorize to sign MRB Form.
• Discuss project plan and resources with customers.
• Implement quality management system per ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee PPC Moulding Services new project activities.
• Liaise and deliver Customers' business requirements, products specifications, qualification, trial and delivery expectation for new models.
• Co-ordinate internal resources to meet Customers' expectations on project plan.
• Reviews and manage program plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
• Maintain close and good relationship with existing customer & develop new market opening & grow business with existing customer.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues especially new project.
• Responsible for management of customer satisfaction and related reviews and corrective actions.
• Authorize to sign MRB Form.
• Authorize to discuss with customer for project plan, equipment/resources to ensure the new project launching successfully.
• Implementing and maintaining quality management system in line with ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001 standard.
