Role Overview

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead the planning and execution of facilities‑related projects in a healthcare or critical environment. You’ll manage contractors, guide junior engineers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination

  • Liaise with users to ensure project requirements are met

  • Manage contractors and resources within budget

  • Prepare RFQ specifications, schedule, and evaluate tender submissions

  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and proper handover of systems

  • Review technical documentation, as‑built drawings, and OMM manuals

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance

  • Update progress reports and elevate issues when necessary

Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering (M&E or Civil) with 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
