Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks an experienced electrical engineer to manage projects, ensure adherence to quality and safety, and liaise with various stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in interpreting drawings and troubleshooting required. This role allows for independent work and supports continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience in electrical installation, testing, or commissioning advantageous.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and field teams on all technical and commercial aspects of projects, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure adherence to schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Perform inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and related systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
  • Prepare project documentation including progress reports, service records, and incident reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and technical performance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably Min 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to accurately interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Previous experience in electrical installation, testing, or commissioning is advantageous.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
