Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in the Industrial Plant sector. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager, coordinating with clients, monitoring quality, and preparing project reports. Must be able to travel for site inspections and possess a Class 3 Driving License.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Industrial Plant.
• Relevant safety certificates are advantageous.
• Class 3 Driving License would be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager / Director on project execution.
• Co-ordinate with clients and consultants on projects.
• Monitor and carry out quality checks on work.
• Inspect work performed by subcontractors.

3. Monitor and carry out quality check on progressive completed work and make recommendation for effective project management.
4. Inspect and evaluate on work performed by subcontractors.
5. Prepare project reports and check on updated drawing completion.
6. Assist in Site Documentation Submission

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Preferable with minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Industrial Plant such as Semiconductor / Pharmaceutical
• Possess relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and able to travel based on the project site. (Class 3 Driving License would be required)
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office and AutoCad competency
